by Stephanie Marriott

The Vitomatic II CS was made by Zeiss-Ikon-Voigtlander from about 1967 to 1969.

The specification is similar to that of the Vitomatic I CS, with the addition of a coupled coincident image rangefinder. It has a 50 mm. f/2.8 Color Skopar lens in a 10-speed Prontor 500 SLK-V shutter. The CdS meter is coupled to the aperture and shutter speeds, and can be set for film speeds ASA 25 - 800.

In 1968, this camera cost about £79.
